- Shipping Timeframes
We aim to ship orders within 7 days, but please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping Methods
We use the following shipping methods, depending on the size and weight of your order:
- Tuffnells: for larger or heavier items
- Parcelforce: for medium-sized or moderately heavy items
- Evri or Royal Mail: for small items and samples
- Our own transport: for certain orders, we may use our own van and employee to deliver the order
Please note that we do not guarantee delivery dates, as shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. When using our own transport, we will provide tracking information, and customers will be required to sign for the package upon delivery, just like with courier services.
- Customer Pickup
Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our workshop if they prefer a faster pickup. To arrange a collection, please contact us in advance to schedule a pickup time.
- Express Shipping Option
We offer an express shipping option, which moves your order to the top of our job list and guarantees faster delivery. To select express shipping, choose the “Express Shipping” option during checkout.
- International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Please contact us if you require shipping to a location outside of the UK, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
